Update to original review: (first two photos bad unit) The mini-split system they installed on the day they did the duct work lasted a little over a month before breaking down. ARS sent technicians that found low freon. They did not have any with them, but got the unit running, it lasted a day and a half. Second technician had freon but no adapter. Sent, 3rd technician who determined the coil had a leak in the unit part mounted in the house. Sent new techs with new unit but no freon. When we made a huge fuss, they found freon and met our techs and then got the new unit running. What should have been a half day job turned into a 12 hour job. Maybe a little over 12 hours later that unit stopped working. We gave them a choice, replace with a known good working brand or give us our money back. It took them a full week to get us a brand we agrred upon and installed it today. This company has great technicians but carry a brand of mini-split that they know has a higher failure rate than others on the market. Make sure if you ever use them to specify the brand you know and just, don't rely on their sales rep to choose for you, lesson learned. (Original review)Technician that came to do our inspection was friendly and informative. He was also very considerate of our property and house. Recommended things he saw that could be improved. After recommendations we had them remove and replace our air duct system and install a mini split in one of our rooms.

It was a great experience. They came when expecting. Diagnosed my issue, saw some other kind of related issues and made suggestions. They gave me an estimate. My tech Josue Boianos was very knowledgeable and friendly.

From initial appointment set up, I received text communications and arrival calls from home office, very much appreciated. I had tech Drew start my repair and completed work by Brandon. All very friendly and besides wait time for part to come ARS team did a great job. Thank you! Great to have hot water again!

I had an excellent experience with ARS Raleigh from start to finish. George came out to provide a free estimate on my two heating and cooling units, and he was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. He took the time to clearly explain what he observed, walked me through his recommendations, and made sure I fully understood the options for resolving the issues. I also had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Jeanette Fitzgerald regarding financing, and she truly went above and beyond. She worked diligently until she secured affordable financing for my family so we could ensure we have heat upstairs. Her dedication, patience, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier. She is truly a jewel and a tremendous asset to ARS. I highly recommend ARS Raleigh for their professionalism, transparency, and outstanding customer service.

Our experience with ARS/Rescue Rooter of Raleigh far exceeded our expectations. After having contracted with several plumbing organizations and having work completed that was unsatisfactory, we realized it was time for a change. We contacted ARS/Rescue Rooter and from our initial calls with Ashley...scheduling our appointment...she was very thorough and listened to our needs...we knew we made a good choice. When we met Dallas J., our plumber, we immediately realized we were in good hands. He carefully listened to our issues, and went about solving them. A skill and quality lost in many plumbing organizations in today's world. The highest form of marketing is that the service provider listens to you and solves and satisfies your needs. Dallas J. accomplished these goals. His values, thoroughness, and responsiveness were truly a "breath of fresh air". He cared! They came same day to fix my kitchen drain which was backing up. The issue was way deep in the piping. Joey was professional and helpful. Not sure how their pricing compares to others, but I probably would use this service again for the convenience and efficiency.

Called Home Depot for a water heater and scheduled and appointment. Brandon was able to get our water heater replace and everything was done well. Will use ARS again if we ever have other plumbing needs. Thanks!

My experience with Alejandro initially to discuss my options to replace the Hot Water Heater and then, with both Ali and Henry, who completed the new installation, was seamless. All three were engaging and answered my questions as well as provided insight into the benefits and drawbacks of the new tankless Heater. They also provided thoughts and input relating to general questions about the unit, future servicing, and additional steps needing to be completed post installation. Did I pay a bit too much for the installation? Perhaps, but I did not want to take the time to receive multiple estimates from several companies due to time constraints. That said, overall a very good experience without regret.

I had a great experience with plumber ALI from ARS who installed my new water heater in the garage. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and walked me through everything with patience and clarity. The installation was clean, professional, and done with real attention to detail. It’s rare to see someone take such pride in their work. I’m very pleased with the results and would gladly recommend ARS and their team (especially Ali) to anyone needing plumbing services.
